And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly, and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.
Well, we have finally made it to Indianapolis for the FMCA convention this week. We have been on an RV learning curve these past few weeks and have survived with no major arguments or injuries. Even Chico has adjusted well to living on the road (removed his first tick at the age of 14).
The high points have been enjoying time with dear friends that are scattered in the south. Loved visiting with you all….Deb Kuhnly, Alik and Lauren Scott, Thomas and Tina Allison, Don and Lisa Solimando, Jim and Kim Ross. God has blessed us abundantly with friendships that stand the test of time and distance. Juan was even able to make a delicious paella for the employees of Alik and Thomas (even though only one employee knew what it was). We had the privilege to worship with the Nashville Church and enjoy the Pacesetter group on Wednesday.
We have enjoyed some beautiful hikes and played tourist at some great sites…Ruby Falls,Country Music Hall of Fame, Johnny Cash Museum, and Churchill Downs. So much to learn and see as we begin this journey.
Thank you for reading our blog!! On to learning more about our new life style this week at the convention and making new friends. MARY
